The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee
The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC) is a civil rights organization
committed to defending the rights of people of Arab descent and promoting their rich cultural
heritage  

Arab American Institute  
The AAI is nonprofit membership organization based in Washington, DC.  Founded in 1985, it
serves as a national leadership group for Americans of Arab descent, playing a vital role in
today's world.  

The Association of Arab-American University Graduates
The Association of Arab-American University Graduates is a membership organization and its
programs include an annual conference, cultural events, summer study visits to the Middle East,
publishing a journal, the Arab Studies Quarterly, as well as books on the Arab world and
Arab-American community. The AAUG also provides a network for members and people who
are interested in furthering the aims of the Association, as stated in the mission statement.  

The Arab American Action Network
The Arab American Action Network (AAAN) is a not-for-profit organization based in Chicago.
We are committed to empowerment through advocacy, action and education, while expanding
the resources and services available to our community.  

The Arab Women's Solidarity Association  
An international non-profit organization, promoting Arab women's active participation in social,
economic, cultural, and political life.  

National Arab American Medical Association
NAAMA is a nonprofit, nonpolitical, educational and charitable organization of medical
professionals of Arab descent.  

Association of Patriotic Arab Americans in Military
APAAM - Association of Patriotic Arab Americans in Military was created with the help and
encouragement of Arab American Institute http://www.aaiusa.org after September 11th, 2001 to
organize current and former Arab Americans in the military.  
The American Arab Chamber of Commerce
The American Arab Chamber of Commerce promotes, assists and strengthens member
businesses, both in the domestic and international arenas. The Chamber provides business
referrals, member promotion, networking events, educational seminars, information exchange
through newsletters and other publications, group health insurance, and many other benefits
and services.

Life for Relief and Development
Life for Relief and Development (formerly International Relief Association) is a nonprofit
organization founded in 1993. Life for Relief and Development is dedicated to alleviating
human suffering around the world regardless of race, color or cultural background. This global
organization strives to offer humanitarian, health, educational, social and economic services to
victims of natural disasters, wars, hunger and more through a variety of programs.

American Federation of Ramallah, Palestine
Ten miles north of Jerusalem lies a town called Ramallah, "God's Hill". It is said that Jesus Christ
passed through this town many times on his way to Jerusalem.  Crusaders in the Holy Land, in
the 11th through the 13th centuries, built a fortified castle in Ramallah that overlooked the
coastal plains of the Mediterranean Sea. In the 1900's residents of Ramallah began to
immigrate to the United States.

The American Ramallah Federation was established in 1959 and Headquartered in Detroit,
Michigan.

The Arab-American Cultural & Community Center
Now, after more than 100 years of immigration, assimilation, and growth in the United States
and in Houston, Arab-Americans will have a place where their culture, art, and language can be
preserved and carried on for generations yet to come. The new ACC is a facility where they can
place where their children can play and learn about the Arab people's impressive history and
heritage.  

Arab American Young Professionals
Arab-American Young Professionals in Boston (AAYP-Boston) is part of a national, not for profit
organization for young professionals of Arab descent, living in America. The first chapter was
started in Dearborn, Michigan (www.aayp.org) with the vision of nurturing networking among
young Arab-American professionals by serving as a medium for exchange of ideas and
experiences within a positive social atmosphere.

Focus on American & Arab Interests & Relations  
Focus on American & Arab Interests & Relations (FAAIR) is a U.S.-based non-profit
organization. Our aim at FAAIR is to promote fair policies and a better understanding of the
issues pertaining to the Arab World.  

Syrian-American Women's Charitable Association
SAWA, The Syrian-American Women's Charitable Association, is an independent, non-partisan
and non-sectarian organization, committed to assist the poor, and the ailing. It is equally
committed to promote humanitarian cooperation among the peoples of the Syrian Arab

The American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan
